Remarks:
CEC 8003 (manufactured under the umbrella of the Japanese Chuo Denki Corporation in the early 1980s) is a fully automatic, direct-drive turntable that represents a classic example of Japanese engineering from the golden age of vinyl.Although the CEC brand might sound unfamiliar to beginners, it was one of the largest OEM manufacturers of that era, assembling turntables for giants like Marantz, Denon, Sanyo, and Kenwood. In some markets, the CEC 8003 model was sold under the name Marantz TT6200 or under the acronym C.D.C. 8003.

Automation:
- Full-Automatic operation. At the press of a button, the turntable lifts the tonearm, places it at the beginning of the record, and upon completion, returns the arm to its resting position and shuts off.
